TIMING: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM E.T. on 12/06/02 and ends at 11:59:59 PM E.T. on 01/06/03.

TO ENTER ONLINE: Visit http://www.UniversalOrlando.com/bestfamily complete the required entry information and submit your entry. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST on 01/06/03. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address. More than one entry from any e-mail address will void all entries from that e-mail address. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter sweepstakes is prohibited.

DRAWING: The grand prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries in a drawing to be conducted by PEOPLE on or about Monday, January 20, 2003. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified telephone or e-mail within 7 days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternative entrant will be selected in his or her place at random from all entries received.

PRIZES: One (1) grand prize trip for four for random giveaway. Retail Value of trip is $4,500. Prize package includes: Round-trip coach airfare for four (4) from major airport closest to winner’s primary residence on an airline chosen by Universal Orlando. Three (3) nights hotel accommodations at an on-site hotel (Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel or Royal Pacific Resort) based on availability (Quad occupancy, room and room tax charges only). One (1) room total. Four (4) 4-day UO passes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

Ground transportation to and from airport in Orlando. Note: The trip is valid for up to twelve (12) months from date trip is awarded to the winner and must be taken on or before 01/22/04. Winner must provide Universal Orlando a minimum of 60 days notice prior to the desired travel dates subject to blackout dates and other travel restrictions. Winner may not transfer prize to another individual. Winner and respective guests must travel at the same time. Winner and respective guests must depart from same city and travel to same destination. Winner is responsible for ground transportation to and from the airport at winner's point of origin. All unclaimed grand prize trips shall remain the property of Universal Orlando and may not be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred by winner. Universal Orlando does not provide necessary 1099 forms for winner's tax information. Company will provide 1099.

ELIGIBILITY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia age 18 years or older with on line access as of 8/30/02. The winner will be required to sign & return a notarized affidavit of eligibility & publicity/liability release that must be returned within seven (7) days of notification attempt or an alternate winner will be selected. All travel companions of the winner must complete and return a notarized Liability/Publicity Release before the trip can be taken. If any of the travel companions are minors, then their parents or legal guardians are responsible for executing the Liability/Publicity Release forms on their behalf. Winner & travel companions, by acceptance of their prizes, and all contestants, agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Florida Department of Citrus, Universal Orlando, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders & their respective advertising, promotion & production agencies from any & all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons & property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or parts thereof or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any prize-related activity. By participating, contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Florida Department of Citrus, Universal Orlando and their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize providers ("Affiliate Entities") and their immediate families are not eligible. Prize is not transferable. By accepting the prize, the Winner grants to Sponsor the right to use the winner's name, address and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the "authorized account holder," who is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. All entries, email addresses, names, and street addresses become the property of Universal Orlando and Florida Department of Citrus and will not be returned or acknowledged. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

RELEASE: By participating in this Sweepstakes, all participants, the prize winner, and his or her traveling companions acknowledge and agree that Sponsor, Florida Department of Citrus and Universal Orlando are released, discharged and held harmless from and is not responsible or liable for any liability with respect to all aspects of this Sweepstakes (including without limitation, any illness, losses, litigation, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs) that may occur from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these Official Rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of the State of New York, and that it shall be resolved within and by the courts of that state.

By entering this contest, you agree and consent that any information you provide upon entering may be used by PEOPLE Magazine, Florida Department of Citrus and Universal Orlando or their respective affiliated companies and respective trusted service providers, for marketing or other purposes, in accordance with the Time Inc. Privacy Policy, and that your information may be shared with and used by certain trusted third parties and their affiliates for their marketing or other purposes in accordance with the Time Inc. Privacy Policy.  If you do not want your information used in this manner or shared with these third parties, and you do not want to be contacted by such parties, do not enter this sweepstakes
